Thank you for shopping with COLĒRE. Every order is packaged by hand, plastic-free wherever possible, and sent with care. Here is everything you need to shop with confidence.

DELIVERY

We ship the Founding Collection across the United Kingdom. UK standard delivery is via Royal Mail, typically 3 to 4 working days. A premium express service is available at checkout for those who would like their order sooner.

Colere always carries any import duties or import fees on materials brought in for the makers and the work, so our makers and our customers do not.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand for you, with timings shared at the point of order.

RETURN

We accept returns on unworn Founding Collection pieces within 14 days of receipt. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, as each is crafted specifically for you. Please contact us before returning any item, so we can guide you through the process.

How your order is sent

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. As soon as your piece is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number so that you can follow it to your door.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

We deliver across the UK with Royal Mail: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and a guaranteed, fully insured Special Delivery for high-value orders. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £150. Full rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy.

Delivery beyond the UK

We are glad to send COLĒRE further afield, to the EU and worldwide, on a tracked international service. Local customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Everything is laid out plainly in our Shipping Policy.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand for you. Their timings are shared at the point of order and confirmed in your order confirmation, so you always know when to expect them.

Returns, made simple

We want you to love your piece. If you change your mind, you may return an unworn Founding Collection piece within 14 days of receiving it, in new and unused condition. Please write to us first, and we will guide you through it. Made-to-order catalogue pieces carry the same 14-day right; personalised artisan edits, made just for you, are the one exception. Our full Return Policy has the detail.

How we ship matters too

We send with Royal Mail, who run one of the UK's largest electric vehicle fleets, and we wrap in plastic-free, recycled or recyclable packaging wherever we can. How we ship matters to us as much as what we ship.
