Refund policy

We want you to love your COLĒRE piece.

If you change your mind, you may return an unworn Founding Collection piece within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in new and unused condition. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can guide you through the process.

Please return items using a tracked postal service, so we can be sure your piece reaches us and issue your refund. Return postage is payable by you.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Made-to-order catalogue pieces carry the same 14-day return right. Personalised artisan edits are non-returnable, as each is made specifically for you.
