Your membership auto-renews (monthly or annually, as chosen), and you may cancel anytime from your account. 28-day cooling-off: cancel within 28 days of joining or renewing for a full refund.

After 28 days, memberships are non-refundable but transferable — you may pass yours to another person. Loyalty: spend to £1,000 and The Grove is yours for life; spend £3,000 and The Orchard is yours for a year, renewing with each further £3,000 (while your membership is active; non-transferable).

Care & repairs (Orchard and Heartwood): we lovingly mend minor wear and tear — post your piece to us and we'll return it within a few weeks.

The Heartwood is by application; payment is taken only once you are welcomed in.

Maddison May Kapetanov née Brudenell

As a mother, Maddison is passionate about carving a better future for her children. She believes avoiding harm to self, others, and our planet is a healthy human instinct. "We naturally protect and seek to preserve what we nurture. COLĒRE is how I do that beyond my own front door," she says.

Design is in her blood. As the granddaughter of Lady Pamela Hicks and designer David Hicks, she grew up in a world of rich colour and considered beauty. She has married that heritage to her personal values that form the principles of COLĒRE, and this brand is where those two inheritances meet.

She founded COLĒRE to set a new standard, to invest in regenerative materials through the communities who know them best, to support the artisan communities behind the things we use every day, and to make ethical, sustainable and beautiful the norm rather than the rare exception.
